I went with my family and a few cousins, it was absolutely amazing, the staff have the best service, it was a such a lovely experience. The food was fantastic we all demolished our meals. My kids loved the restaurant and I got to enjoy my meal in peace for the first time in ever. I was obsessed with the design of the restaurant its absolutely stunning. God bless and may there be many many more restaurants under your management.

Best Lebanese food in the west! Not to mention the entertainment. If you want a true cultural experience check these guys out. They also do functions with amazing style. Lena and her team are fantastic hosts
Definitely wouldn't recommend! Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted for 5 minutes (just standing there waiting for someone to notice us). Once we got to our table, we were not provided with any service at all. No table water, no menus - until we asked another 10 minutes later. Food was average. 1.5 hours later (after chasing up 3 different waiters), our mains finally arrived. We are absolutely appalled by the service we were provided on Saturday night. Definitely not coming back.
Would have given 5 stars. But the waitress who seated us and took our food and drinks order forgot about our drinks and left them sitting at the bar. when we were seated, my partner asked if we were able to go to the bar and order our drinks and she said, no all good i will get them for you now. She was friendly enough though. We also asked her when we ordered the drinks if we could have them brought out straight away before the entrees. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time so its not like it was busy. We waited about 15 mins for a beer and scotch and coke, nothing fancy or hard. My partner finally went in to see what had happened to our drinks. My beer bottle was open and just sitting on top of the bar, and his scotch and coke was only half made and sitting on top of the bar also while she got distracted by something else. She could have easily asked one of the other waiters to give our drinks, as i said we were the only ones there at the time. So not like they were rushed of their feet. We shouldn't have to wait that long for our drinks or go chasing after our drinks, especially as she said she was going to get them. so not a great start to our night. On a good note, the food was so tasty and amazing, a lot of variety which was great. Also, a different waitress looked after us after that, she was absolutely lovely and attentive. We would def go back there again, so many more yummy dishes we want to try.
Great place food was really good but did not get much food for the buffet. The entertainment was amazing with belly dancing and singing out the back. But seats to close together packed in like sardines
Had an amazing her a couple weeks ago! the food and service was amazing here. Also big props to the Entertainment, James Kerr was outstanding and can't wait til the next time he is there!
We went to Itza's tonight and had the best time! The food was amazing and came out quickly, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the live entertainment was fantastic. Couldn't fault a thing, we'll definately be back. Highly recommended!
