Have used Tim and his crew for over 10 years, and recommend them. They are friendly, courteous, and professional every time I visit. The few times there has been a problem, they have immediately done their best to rectify the situation. I highly recommend them!

I had a tuxedo shirt very dirty and it was missing a button at the top. The made the shirt look great And sewed a button for 4. Best deal ever
I went to pick up some white lingerie, and before dropping it off, I asked to confirm it’s okay to be cleaned.. and when I came to pick up my items, they lost all but my sports bra! Also, I left them my bag for the lingerie, as it wasn’t able to be hung on hanger. Obviously not going there again, as to not lose anything. 30 worth of lingerie... gone! They said something about the other man was ironing it, and another person took it... I’m not sure, but SURE not happy
The owners are the nicest I've been met, they have some of the best prices and are reliable. I always prerfer going you them!

Long story short. They lost my husbands suit. I tried multiple times to let them rectify the situation but they just cover up with excuses and lies. Horrible customer service and honestly the dry cleaning itself isn't that great either. You get what you pay for here.
