Very unprofessional. My attempt to set up the free consult was a huge fail. After receiving the call back information, I contacted the return number and the receptionist seemed so confused. I told her my name and that I was returning the call to set up an appointment for a free consultation. She started talking and stopped and said “Wait ,someone called you ?” I repeated the my initial response & ended up giving her all my information to text me the information. No text received. I called again for the information and was told the exact same thing and that she was going outside to text me. No text came. At this point it’s too close to my appointment and I decide that if they can’t handle a simple text then there was no way I’d allow them to cut on my body. Multiple business names .. red flags as well
