Marian was a joy to work with! He listened to what our needs were, and went to great measure to find the right home for our family. He has a very positive attitude as well. We highly recommend choosing Marian Anthony!

Marian was outstanding! My wife and I are in the military and we moved here on short notice. Marian made the transition easy - with the coordinating of the move, new jobs, new schools, and buying a house; we were almost overwhelmed. Temptation was to grab the first deal but Marian protected us from that mistake. He was there the entire way, from selection,to INSPECTION (critical!), to closing - he was interested in getting us exactly what we needed, then closed the deal with a less than stellar sellers agent. We would have walked away from that clown if we didnt have Marian with us. He was patient, calming, and is an expert on California Realty requirements. He is a professional who obviously cares about his work and the families he works with. Marian and his family will forever be close to us - and he was the perfect broker/friend to get us here! Should have a 6 star column and when we sale/buy again he will be our guy!
