Susan is a wonderful resource and we adore her! And, most importantly, our rescue cat LOVES her! She is responsible, reliable, and super responsive to contact ( even last minute contacts!). She sends us great updates with pictures twice daily, and we know our girl is in great hands. She is also very knowledgeable about cat behavior and needs. We are so happy that we found her!

One of the best feelings is knowing that while you’re on vacation, your kitties are in good hands. We recently moved to a new area and hired Susan for the first time for our 3 week European trip. Needless to say, we we nervous to try a new sitter and nervous to leave our three boys for so long. Fast forward to our return and we are so so happy we found Susan! Not only were the boys in great hands, but they were probably happier with her than with us she spoiled them with treats and lots of playtime and followed our instructions carefully. She would also send daily updates with 10-12 photos and lots of detail. The cherry on top was that we came home to a clean home, cleaned litter boxes (like a full litter replacement clean), vacuumed carpet, lots of new toys, etc etc. Luxury cat sitting is right! Thank you again for the help and kitty love, Susan!
We could not be happier with Susan’s services! She is very reliable and thorough, got to know our cat and takes the best care of her while we are away. She also sends an update and photos of our kitty having fun every time. It is such a peace of mind knowing that our pet is in good hands! Our cat loves playing with Susan and getting spoiled by her. We can’t recommend her enough!

Susan is amazing. I was thrilled with her warmth toward our cat. It is hard enough having to leave your children with fur and thank goodness for Susan in providing peace of mind. Her daily updates and pics offered comfort in knowing that our kitty was happy and well taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about Susan and I am so blessed that I found her. We love working with Susan! We have two cats, one with mild special needs and one with a lot of anxiety around new people. Susan is truly the "cat whisperer", she speaks to kitties and they love her! Beyond that, she is by far the best cat sitter around. Responsible, caring and very professional. When we are away and she is caring for our kitties she sends a full report of how they are doing with pictures to show them loving her attention every day. She also brings in the mail and cleans the litter box! I really think she's one of a kind! Thank you Susan!!
I cannot say enough about Susan's care for our Penelope. We just recently went away Susan come over to take care of our Penelope (himalayan cat). Susan is extremely organized and made sure to come at the same time everyday so Penelope had a routine and she had magical powers of getting Penelope to feel so happy and comfortable. (She is usually shy). It was clear Susan took such good care of her when we returned, because Penelope was so happy and not mad that we had left (usually Penelope would snub us to punish us in the past)!. Both our children said, that Penelope's personality actually became better than when we left her! Susan made sure that she had play time, feeding time (she has to spoon feed Penelope) and grooming time. The best part was we had updates over 10 photos that showed us how loved Penelope was everyday at the same time. Never once did I worry about her while on vacation. I no longer am going to hesitate to go away and planning for next vacation so Penelope can have time with Susan again! Our children said Penelope had more fun with Susan than with us! I have had cat sitters over the course of 25 years and never did i have such a wonderfully caring and talented cat sitter. She is the cat whisperer for sure!
