I have never been into the store although I have lived in Encinitas for 12 years. My watch clasp broke and I stopped in to see if they could help. David was in and after only a couple of minutes fixed my clasp for free! I am extraordinarily grateful! Excellent customer service! While I was waiting I had a chance to look at the stunning jewelry that they sell. Gorgeous and unique pieces. If you’re in the market for beautiful jewelry and excellent customer service I cannot recommend David Bernatz Jewelers more!

Walked in to have my grandmothers ring sized. There was 1 other customer and a saleswoman. I stood and waited while they talked, never acknowledging my presence. Not a hello or I’ll be with you soon. Nothing. I could have been wallpaper. After I was completely ignored for a good 3-4 minutes I left and wrote this.
