Well i'm a military wife from Camp Pendleton and really needed a breast reduction. So Tricare insurance decided to cover it and I was given Dr. Humber as my doctor. He did a horrible job with my incision it sits way to high and you can see it in the middle cleavage crease. I would make sure to ask for it low because I can't wear a bathing suit anymore without huge scars. Also, he offered implants at the time of reduction but I said no becuase we didn't have the money. Even though he said it would help with fullness at the top. Well 3 years later I finally could afford the implants. They didn't turn out the great and sit VERY low because of him making the incision in the wrong spot and not taking enough skin off the the bottom. So i'm very sad that it turned out bad both times , I even consulted 3 different doctors and they said he messed it all up :( There is no way for me to fix it without more money. They should have done it the right way the first time when my insurance covered it. I think a doctors should fix their mistakes but I know that will never happen. Not even for a military family :(
