Horrible. I placed my membership on hold in Sept by walking in and talking toDavid York Jr. Manager. They chaged me and will not let you cancel without a 30 notice.

My credit card o file is randomly charged. To remedy these random charges I have to perserver through the human barrier that answers the phone. Each time my card is charged it takes no less then four phone calls and several hours to get a reverse charge applied. My account has been frozen since last March but in June someone charged (5) a bottle of water on my credit card and then later they charged my annual fees and by December they were charging monthly dues on a frozen account . When I called about the monthly dues in December being charged that triggered another charge of 29.99 that they claim is a cancellation fee . So, not only did I pay annual dues for membership that I couldn't use but I also had to pay to cancel just to protect my credit card from being used at well. I would recommend going anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

Nice gym right down the street from me. I would like to see at least one bike downstairs as I am coming off knee surgery. Also more strict enforcement of the mask wearing rule! Great place though the staff is very friendly.
