I'm beginning to believe eating out in Ecinitas is a bad idea. Ordered several items that cost me 64. Guess what everything was not fresh. I was livid. How dare they give us spoiled strawberries and kiwis as hard as rocks? I requested a refund and was granted one thankfully but I will never set foot in there again.

Ordered an arrangement at 7:30AM (Monday August 7, 2017) hoping it would be delivered sometime in the late morning, early afternoon. At 3:45 I called and spoke with a "David" and was told it will go out as soon as the driver returns because he had to drive to San Diego, meaning it most likely would not be delivered until around 4:30PM, just in time for my clients company to close. He asked if we would like to reschedule the delivery for today (8/8/17) which I agreed and was thankful for. David informed me that he could get it delivered by 10AM and I would receive an e-mail confirmation as such - GREAT, except I never received that e-mail. I called today (8/8) at 11:20 to confirm delivery and spoke with "David" again. I was then instructed that it will be delivered after 12 because that's what time the driver comes in... I questioned why then did you tell me it would be delivered by 10AM. Answer: because the driver comes in at 10AM on Monday & Wednesday... Ok great, BUT today is Tuesday and you told me that you would have it delivered by 10AM today (Tuesday August 8, 2017)... Response from David after coping an attitude, "Ok, would you like to cancel your order?" No David... I would like my order (that I've already paid for yesterday) delivered when you tell me it’s going to be delivered... I asked for the Manager or Supervisor but was told he/she was not there. Business 101: Say you're going to do something then do it...

Will not do business with this store. First time they racially discriminated against me. 2nd time my wife ordered on line and they lied that they tried to deliver but had not. Took hours on phone to get not fresh arrangement delivered
