This FedEx location treats it’s customer with complete disrespect. I am taking my FedEx business elsewhere and refuse to be abused by their employees again. They ask prodding questions about packages, always try to up sell on packing materials even when returning the package in original packaging material, and they use covid as an excuse to boss customers around even more. They ask customers to stand 6ft back during the entire time they interact with you and you are forced to yell the shipping address for the whole store to hear because they can’t hear you in your mask. I hope corporate reads these reviews and terminates all the employs that work their. Please if you read this review do not go to this shipping facility.

They scam for business, ie i brought return in the box i received shipment, but they said i needed stronger box and had to repack trying to sell me their box, after i mentioned it ia the same box it originally came in then manager said it is ok as long as i fill the box better (even though i put two pairs of shoes in a box where one pair came in) and tried to sell me fill in materials. At the end, i had to bring the return to another fedex location where they took it without questions asked. Scammers.

Rude staff. Won’t go back. Even though I’m wearing a mask and had to punch my card info in the card reader, I was told to stand 6ft away from the counter. How do you expect me to use the card reader then? Figure it out, FedEx.

Careful here. Not the best shop. Defaults to color on every print. Blames everything as a national outage when it was just slow. Received misinformation regarding attachments. They are unwilling to update their google drive software so it doesn’t work. Go elsewhere.

My order was printed on the wrong material. Instead of correcting the wrong order the lady tried to tell me I selected the material they printed my items on. Eventually I just asked for a refund. Waste of time. Staff was nice when I initially went in to make the order though.
