I found Alison teaching a yoga intensive and decided to follow-up with a 1:1 consultation. Alison really takes the time to listen and observe your body movements. Each week I bring something a bit different and she has a new solution. Most practitioners would miss these small details, but not Alison! I have enjoyed our sessions and can feel these body adjustments making a difference for the long-term. Body issues addressed: back, hips, neck, and bulging disc recovery. Many thanks!

Dr Alison McLean has helped me incredibly well with my knee issues. She's providing excellent service, individual support and keeps track of one's progress. Alison is very knowledgeable and offers a fresh approach on physical therapy using a yoga/traction wall. You can tell she is very dedicated to her work and customizes a program just for you based on your life style And needs. I also appreciated that she offers tools such as essential oils and easy exercises I could do in Between session to heal quicker. Now I only have to do maintenance for about 5 min per day and am doing activities Doctors said I would never do again such as horse back riding and hiking.
Alison really cares about her patients as real people. Such a rare experience when you are expecting your usual "health care experience". You won't be disappointed.
