Top notch! Not only do they have the best providers, but they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Hot tea is available, heaters in the rooms if you’re chilly, everyone knows your name, text communication if you’re unable to make a call. Dr. Lindsay is the best (I’m sure all their PTs are awesome, but I’ve only been to her). She knows her stuff, makes you feel at home & can work magic! Pelvic Floor PT should be a MUST for all women postpartum & this is definitely the place to go for it! I walk away educated and empowered after every session. It feels like a place where they know just what you need bc they do! Cannot recommend enough!

I heard about Chris Ingstad and Level 4 Performance through a family friend. After having 3 meniscus knee surgeries and one labrum shoulder surgery, before the age of 20, I knew I needed physical therapy that would push me. My shoulder was weak and had limited range of motion after surgery while my knee was restricting me from playing collegiate soccer or running just a few miles. I was going to physical therapy at my local hospital and it was not enough. I needed professional, personalized care and that’s what I got with Level 4. I came to Chris with limited range of motion in my shoulder and pain in my knee. After multiple sessions with him and continuing to do exercises that he gave me to do at home, my shoulder got stronger and the range of motion improved, while the muscles around my knee got stronger which took pressure off my meniscus. I am an active college guy who loves to work out and play sports. I was not settling for limiting my activities because of injuries. Today I am running twice a week, can bust out 15-20 pull ups, 70 push-ups and can play a pickup game of soccer. Still to this day I remember the exercises Chris gave me and I perform them often. If you perform the exercises he gives you to do at home, YOU WILL GET BETTER! You get what you put into it, don’t dog it. Not only does he improve your quality of life, but he focuses on getting you back to what you love to do. He is a personable guy and still stays in touch with me. Chris pushed my body and my mind to do anything and he will do the same for you. Thank you, Chris, for all you have done, you are the man.
I have been coming to LEVEL4 PT & Wellness for 6 weeks so far and my experience has been amazing. LEVEL4 focuses on whole body wellness not just your initial issue. The staff is so caring and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable with your condition while enabling you to improve it. The knowledge I’ve learned from them has been empowering and I have share with my friends and family. Thanks LEVEL4 for empowering me to support my bodies need
I am so thankful for the incredible care I received at Level4 PT. I sought out a pelvic floor PT for help 1 year postpartum. From the moment I stepped into the office, everyone made me feel welcome. I worked with Dr. Lindsay Fader who is very knowledgeable, articulate and compassionate with the care she provides. I truly felt heard and supported. She is an incredible listener which I think is an important quality in a pelvic floor PT. The individualized videos they provided were so helpful for me to continue with exercises at home. I can honestly say that I have experienced relief and success after working with Dr. Lindsay. I can't believe how much better I feel physically and emotionally. I spoke with Dr. Dawn, the owner, at all my visits and she has such a friendly, warm presence. I read her book Beyond Nine Months which was very insightful and helped me to better understand what I was going through. Dr. Dawn and Dr. Lindsay truly care about women's health and filling in the gap in care that is missing for women after delivery. I highly recommend Level4 PT for high quality care with compassionate providers.
We are beyond grateful to have found Dr. Oscar and Dr. Dawn at Level4 PT! All physical therapy is not created equal and they are truly gifted at what they do and the difference shows. My husband went to them with severe sciatic nerve pain from a bulging disk in his lower back. He could barely sit for more than 5 minutes without major discomfort and all the hobbies he once loved were on hold due to the severe pain, just getting through the day was a challenge. He really wanted to avoid back surgery, which is pretty much what every other medical professional we met with suggested he do, but after over a year of dealing with the pain he was about ready to throw in the towel. After meeting with Dr. Oscar and Dr. Dawn they believed they would be able to help him without having to get surgery and they did just that! Although at times the exercises didn't seem to do much, seemed odd or were challenging to do, he stuck with the process and today is so glad he did. He is 80% back to where he was and is able to enjoy life again without having surgery. We were hesitant at first to choose to work with them because they didn't take insurance, but it really was the best money spent. There is a huge difference between them and any other PT place he has gone and the difference is worth the money. They are well educated, talented and compassionate, you couldn't ask for a better combination when you are really in a time of need. Dr. Oscar and Dr. Dawn were there for both of us every step of the way and we are so grateful to have met them in our time of need! We would highly recommend them and their company!
Dr. Emma is amazing! After avoiding exercise for too many years, it became necessary to get off the sofa or plan on spending my remaining existence there. Luckily, I found Dr. Emma. She makes the visit fun! I am in the "elder" category and I can say that she never pushes me too far. I appreciate her vast knowledge of the human body and that she is always willing to share the "why" of what we are doing. This does not feel like a typical gym - it's way more personal and welcoming. Don't put it off - you'll be glad you found these folks!
I had a great experience with Level 4 Physical Therapy. At my first appointment, Dr. Oscar was methodical and thorough in evaluating my condition to ensure that we would be treating the underlying problem, not the symptoms and had a shared understanding of the goals of treatment. At each of the following appointments, Dr. Oscar used care and understanding to help me push through the needed exercises and stretches, gave thorough explanations of my condition, treatment, and progress, and followed up every appointment with a list of exercises to work on between appointments (including links to YouTube where he demonstrated the exercise). I ultimately made a full recovery and am now armed with the knowledge and exercises to ensure I won't have a similar problem in the future. Beyond Dr. Oscar and my treatment, I can also recommend Level 4 PT as a facility. The best way to describe them is 'boutique.' I spent the entire hour at each session with Dr. Oscar (not getting passed off to an assistant). Appointments were easy to get. I could email with questions and quickly get a reply directly from Dr. Oscar. Appointments began on-time. Treatment was private, not just in the individual treatment room, but also, usually, even in the larger common 'gym' area, as outside of peak hours, I was usually the only patient. Everyone working there was extremely nice and very quickly got to know me. Overall, from first phone call to last appointment, the experience made me feel like I was one a small number of patients the entire office was dedicated to helping, as opposed to what is too common in health care, one of a huge number of balls the office juggles to keep the doctors as busy as possible.
I injured my left knee from a partial dislocation. I had knee surgery and many PT sessions throughout my life. My biggest concern starting PT was knowing if the PT was knowledgeable in my knee condition and if I can trust them especially experiencing PT since childhood . My biggest fears was if I would re-injure my knee and snap my ligament again since the day I had my second knee surgery. No I was not fearful at all when I went to Level 4 I knew I was in great hands. Especially having Dr. Andalon being my first PT when I was 10 and finding him now at age 21 I knew he will get me back to my sport in no time. The big impact LEVEL4 gave me as an athlete they guided me on what I need to do and how to train on and off the field from knowing my ability to move laterally, how to explode with power in the proper technique, and especially building me my own program to prevent my knees from any future injury’s. I’ve learned so much from my three weeks at LEVEL4 and without them I wouldn’t have been playing on the field today as the confident, strong pitcher I am today at my university. I highly recommend going to LEVEL 4 as you step into the office you’re welcome and treated very well and it’s such a great atmosphere to be in especially from all the workers there.
