My life would be significantly different if I didn't have Pacific Pain Medicine as a part of my life. They've never approached my care as a \one size fits all\, they listen to my needs and wants and always work with me to solve any issues and support my needs. Their outside the box thinking has allowed me to live a relatively pain free life without the permanent side effects of surgery nor side effects of typical opioid medications. They work with the difficult to deal with insurance companies to get me what I need and fight for my needs. I've dealt with a few other practices to manage my chronic disease and it was always opioids or more procedures (which make them the most money).

I have been a patient of Jeremy Adler’s for 8-9 years. He is an excellent problem solver, very intelligent & extremely patient. (He is so good that he trains pain management doctors around the county.) He is always aware of the current pain management treatments & technology. When I need injections I see Dr. Perrizo at their Oceanside Outpatient Facility.

Prime example of an arrogant, condescending facility who has no interest in what they do or providing you any relief. They do excel in giving you the run-around. In their view, remember, you're the patient and it's all your fault. My first appointment was outright cancelled and I was turned away at the door because I didn't receive paperwork they claimed they mailed. They have no time for you to fill out paperwork there. Clearly demonstrating they have no concern for the patient, only what the patient can do for them, i.e. \we only want your money\. What an overtly pathetic facility!
