They sold me an unfinished door that had not been properly dried. After being installed less than a week, the door cracked to the point of being able to see light through it. Sierra Padre did not stand behind their product. The woman in the office repeatedly told me that she was working on it and promised to call me back, bun never....ever...called me back.

Worst ever! Told me 2-3 days and never called me once. I called 6 times over 6 weeks for no updates. Finally called and said my order was ready, and when I showed up they said my order was over 300% higher than the estimate they provided. Apparently they are computer adverse. Poor gentleman in the lobby when I arrived and they could not locate his order. They ignored him to "help" me and we both walked out in disbelief. Warning - do not go here. Completely rude and unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Strangest of all was the owner seemed put off that I was not happy. Guarantee this place will be out of business soon. Purchasing Manager CPM 30 years business experience.
I was happy with the molding, the price and the service. I would use them again.
