Molly was our perfect speech pathologist. After going through the long, sometimes inconsistent and confusing system of Rady Children's and also trying an independent speech pathologist company where we saw very little progress, my husband and I felt tired and confused- at a loss for how to help our son. Luckily his teacher told us about Molly and from the first time I spoke with her on the phone I felt a connection with her that I had not felt with a speech pathologist before. She is patient, warm and engaging, friendly and energetic, and her smile makes you smile- all the qualities that you would hope for in someone working with your children. Our son loved working with Molly! He was two at the time and only used a handful of words. Molly is what every speech pathologist should be, a play companion. Our little guy had no idea he was "working" with her. He always looked forward to his hour with Molly, every week. His speech improved rapidly and Molly worked with us, coaching and reassuring us along the way. We felt empowered to help our son and watched his progress week by week, month by month. She helped us make small goals each week. In a year our son had the language of an average 3-year-old. I'm so grateful that Molly came into our lives. She made what began as a confusing and vulnerable process for us as parents- motivating, exciting and empowering. I would recommend Molly to anyone who wants to work with someone who feels like your friend.

Molly was so great with my son. I was in search for "face to face" speech lessons because zoom just doesn't work for him and Molly graciously opened her home and provided a safe and peaceful learning environment for him. In just 3 weeks of having lessons with Molly we noticed a great improvement in our son's speech. I highly recommend Molly for anyone who is in search for a speech pathologist.

Molly is amazing! She is so warm and good with children. She is perfectly bilingual in Spanish and English and she makes my son (who speaks both) completely comfortable with her fun, patient and kind demeanor.
