I usually do not write reviews as I never feel that I have the time and energy to put something honest and thoughtful in such a short form, but in this case, I cannot wait to spread the word about Lauren, Brad and entire Seaman Team. We hired them to sell my in-laws home, which had special meaning as it was the home that my wife grew up in. They were amazing and everything was going great, and then the environment changed completely w/ the pandemic. Suddenly, what was smooth sailing, became a challenge. Throughout the whole time, I have never had a more in-tuned, honest, and diligent agents. They always returned calls, emails, texts promptly, and were always there with the right advice (not to mention talking us of the ledge) at the right time. We trusted the experts and they were able to deliver, closing on the sale for us last week, while jumping through every hoop known to man! We couldn’t be happier. A couple of thoughts as I look back on what was a great experience. While we were not the biggest clients of Brad and Lauren, they always made like we were. This speaks to their character and their understanding of what it means to have a relationship. Finally, your agent should be at their best when things are the toughest. This was the case with Lauren and Brad. Anyone can sell a house in a great market with no pandemic, but when you can do that in difficult conditions, it really shows the true scope of what it means to be the best. 5 stars, all the way!

Brad and his entire team (Lauren, Debbie, Donna) do a first rate job in getting the home ready for sale, putting together the marketing pieces, than executing on the offer and closing on time. I had recently purchased a home and decided to renovate and list the home instead of renting it. It needed over 80k in work. Brad was there every step of the way, from picking out paint, cabinets, bathroom finishes to landscape and repairs. Most importantly he advised me on what not to do. Not to paint the exterior, not to retile the decking, not to waste money on fireplace. Brad had an extensive network of trusted professionals that provided material and labor to complete the project, on time and on budget. When it came time for the sale, Brad kept the process going even when the sellers agent kept trying to derail the transaction. I always felt that Brad and his team were looking out for me and making decisions based on my best interest., not their own bottom line. I would highly recommend the Seaman Team for all Residential Transactions!!!

Brad and team are simply the best you'll find in San Diego. From initial contact, to making recommendations on what to spruce up, to actually project managing the spruce up work, to the absolutely gorgeous staging that perfectly highlighted the function, features and heart of the home, to the marketing plan leading up to the grand opening where we had 110 (!!) separate groups of interested buyers walking through our house in a 2 hour period, to the offer negotiation process where Brad really shines, and all the way through closing, they've got it all covered. There is so much work that goes into successfully selling a home and with Brad & team, you don't have to worry about ANY of it. We got top dollar for our home, well above asking, with multiple offers after less than a week on the market. We really feel like we hit a home run by working with Brad, but I suspect that's the case with all his clients.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with Brad and his team. Debbie and Brad work together like you wouldn't believe. Debbie took us around to as many houses as we asked and more. Not only was she patient and attentive to our asks, she also helped us point out things in the house, and surrounding areas that we could of never thought of. Especially as a first time home buyer this could be a very stressful process. Debbie made it easy, simple, and best of all, fun. Brad was a great case manager on the entire process and went above and beyond what we could of asked for in terms of closing this deal. He has excellent referral sources for Lending, escrow, title insurance, handy work, HVAC, plumbing, etc etc. We were able to move into our new place feeling comfortable that everything was taken care of and working. Brad was so responsive with us he even assumed our house for us while we were out of the country on vacation! Talk about red carpet service! Thank you SO much Seaman Team, you have our business and referrals for life! Can't wait for round 2 someday!
