I worked with the amazing team at this UPS store to ship out 70 holiday packages while I was on an extended trip to Encinitas. They have a great attitude and are super competent. Really appreciate all of their help!

The owner is rude, rude rude! All I asked was to wait outside until they were ready to help me, and the owner started yelling and insulting me. They keep their doors completely closed up, and I'm not comfortable waiting in doors at this time. I live just up the street from this location, but will now drive to other Encinitas, UPS store locations. Don't waste your time here.

I desperately needed a notary for an important document, and the notary who was supposed to be there during business hours wasn't available. Bummer! Otherwise, the store looks nice and clean and I'm sure it can handle all your regular UPS shipping needs with professionalism.
