Brittany and here entire team are dedicated, personable, reasonable, capable - above all they treat you like a client with a big \C\. I know that there are all these new insurers with cute names and cutesy commercials but nothing beats being able to pick up the phone and reaching folks that care about your life.

I didn't end up going with AllState and Brittany, but felt I needed to write a review about her. She was just such a friendly spirit, quick to get you whatever you needed and always provided honest opinions. Allstate came in a close 2nd to what we ended up choosing only because my husband's family is all on another plan that gave us extra savings on bundles. I would say anyone working with Brittany and her team are in good hands with how responsive and organized they are. I deeply appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism and will absolutely keep them in consideration for the future or on my recommendation list :).

WARNING !! These people are CROOKS !! THERESA VALDEZ went into my personal checking acct. , against my will and took over 800.00 On top of that, she is a LIAR ! You are CERTAINLY NOT in good hands with these people !!!!! I decided to CANCEL all of my policies including HOMEOWNERS one by one over the last 2 yrs. WHY ??? Cause they kept raising my premiums .... And NO CLAIMS !!! My auto was the last to be Cancelled. I emailed them 3 weeks BEFORE my auto policy was to expire. With an email stating I WOULD NOT RENEW !!!! VALDEZ got technical with me and made it DIFFICULT for me to cancel !! That I had to follow certain procedures for my policy to terminate effectively ... And all , cause they didn't want to loose my business. I made it CLEAR I wanted to cancel ! What does she do ? (( they already had my checking acct. info. On file from the previous agent Gary Bressick )) She went in and TOOK THE FULL PREMIUM AMOUNT ANYWAYS ! ) My history payment information will show that I NEVER paid any premium in full ! Always Increments of 200.00 I reported her IMMEDIATELY to Allstate Headquarters. After an investigation they suggested they would discipline That office ... ? After 2 weeks and ALOT of trouble , I was REFUNDED my money That THERESA VALDEZ and her office EXTORTED from my personal acct. I plan on filing a complaint with THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Till this day 09/07/15 I have not received an apology from this office For what they did to me. This happened around 07/01/15 These people are so ARROGANT.

This company used to be owned by Gary Bressick. We were long time clients of Gary. Unfortunately the new owner (Lucy Viado) has had a lot of turn over wherein many of her new employees do not know the business and several including Ms. Viado are just plain unhelpful and rude. We switched to AAA where we are now receiving the service we're used to.
