My husband was using Celebrity Home Health Care in Van Nuys, until, in my opinion, they cared more about the money they received then the patient. My husband needed a doctor. He was complaining about his ears. They use to send out a doctor... not any more. I called almost every other day the person that I was working with at their agency. Why isn't my husband getting services anymore. No answer. This went on for about a week. Meanwhile NO DOCTOR. I was told that my great insurance wasn't good anymore. They wanted medicare to be primary and not secondary. WOW!!!!! GREED, AND MONEY COME TO MIND above a persons needs. Meanwhile no doctor for my husband. I called my insurance company, fired them, and started typing out my complaint. In addition, I am thinking about writing to the organization that overseas these places. My name is Diane Pinky Harman. You can google me on your computer. I ran for mayor of Los Angeles on March 7, 2017. One of my issues was senior citizens. My husband is lucky. I am his advocate. What happens to people who don't have anyone. Thank you for your time. Don't in my opinion use CELEBRITY HOME HEALTH CARE IN VAN NUYS.
