I have worked with this company for 1 ½ weeks to get a hospital bed & rails for my dad. I have spoken to the office/owner 3-4 times daily & things are still unresolved. They are pleasant, but they promise and do not follow through. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just don’t care. If you have nothing but time to deal with their poor customer service, use them.

I have been looking for a Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine for some time and Complete Care was the first place that had exactly what I was looking for!
