My local Ralphs unexpectedly closed down and I always wanted to try a local pharmacy (non-chain). This pharmacy was next to my work and in-network with my Blue Shield Group PPO plan. Wow, the transfer process literally took 2 minutes in-person and it's nice when you walk in and they know you... talk about personalized service. My medication cost was the same as Ralphs. Great friendly, efficient service. Free parking, too.

A CVS nearer to me had my prescription for over 5 weeks and never got it filled. I took it here, and they had it filled in 5 minutes! Very friendly and understanding staff, and willing to work with you if the medication in question needs to be ordered.

I love this place. After traveling to different pharmacies in the Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks area, I found a pharmacy I truly love. I walked in with my prescription. The pharmacist greted me and had my medication ready in minutes. After experiencing the Encino Family Pharmacy way, I will never go back to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens Pharmacy or Rite Aid pharmacy or any other pharmacy. A [rescription should not take an hour to fill but 5 minutes like how Encino Family Pharmacy did it. Oh, and they are also a compounding pharmacy and can make prescription compounds if needed.
