It's a shame you can't give 0 star reviews. This place is a disaster and staffed by monsters. There's an older gentleman who works here who seems to be more concerned with making coffee than helping customers. When I asked him where an item was located in the store, he addressed me with his mask off and food particles all over his lips. After that, I stood in a line of 4 people for 10 minutes and watched most of the staff run around doing nothing while the only legitimate employee there ran the register. Avoid at all costs, this is NOT the place with the helpful hardware folks.

NOT A HARDWARE STORE. A home and garden retail store with a bunch of trinkets and what not. Maybe a made-in-China screwdriver somewhere, but this place is definitely NOT a hardware store. STAFF IS BUSY TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER RATHER THAN GREETING THE CUSTOMERS. Unfriendly, curt and in need of replacement, in my opinion. I will FOREVER AVOID THIS PLACE. Shame on the manager. Shame on the owner!

Be careful to CHECK EXPIRATION DATES in dog treats, supplements, bird food, medications like Advil and Motrin behind the counter, even baking soda. Employees don’t do this and I’m horrified at how many times I’ve been there and seen EXPIRED ITEMS on the shelves for sale. Neither the owner or employees pay enough attention to details here.

I was at the store last week and there were three young men up front. As I approached and tried to ask a question, they became jokers and tried to be funny. It is one thing to be funny and another to be disrespectful and rude. However, there is an older gentleman that finally solved my problem and he deserves a 5. BTW, one of those young men was soliciting a lady to do her repair work. Isn’t that a conflict of interest???? Overall this location feels as if the customer should feel privileged to shop there, with the exception of the older gentleman.

DELIGHTFUL hardware store!! The gentleman helping us today was fantastically friendly and super helpful. Everything is clean and organized and the store is easy to navigate. Perfect hardware store!!
