Dear Dr. Oheb and Staff, Words cannot express my sincere gratitude to you and your entire staff Mirjana, Vanessa and Maria. I have never experienced such a warm, welcoming, efficient, professional and caring staff. Your PA was informative and very gentle when removing my temporary splint for x-rays. Even know your office was busy with constant traffic, but I never felt I was in a hurry or rushed out of there from the minute I walked into your office with my Mom. You're so gentle and caring during my broken tibia examination knowing I was in lots of pain. And you patiently explained all my symptoms in every perfect detail. I am truly grateful and overwhelmed by this whole new experience for all the attention was received from your clinic. Your work knowledge, compassion and dedication beyond my expectations! Dr. Oheb is a wonderful orthopedic hand specialist. I've had two visits so far. He has a comforting bedside manner and explains things well, including possible solutions, as well as answering my many questions. So far, my visits have been during the pandemic. I felt completely safe in his office & his attentive staff were on top of making sure patients sat 6 feet apart with masks on in the waiting room. I will likely need a surgery and I feel confident that it will be successful with Dr. Oheb.

Just left doctor Oheb's office about an hour ago. I had orginally given this office 4 stars (a good rating to most, and not a career ending rating for anyone). The reason i have gone down to a 1 star is because of my visit today. Coming from the entertainment industry, i understand the importance of a personal brand and reaching out to your fans/clients/patients and getting feed back to improve yourself. But i cannot get this visit out of my head. I am very bothered by how my 4 star review became 75% the focus of the appointment and not my fractured arm. I was expecting to hear the results to my MRI and Xrays and instead i was greeted to questions about my 4 star review from 3 weeks ago. Then after explaining my 4 star review, that, was followed by Dr. Oheb saying i am more than welcome to talk to my Primary care doctor to be sent somewhere else. Which this was reiterated at least 5 times throughout the appointment. After trying to let it be known i was not unhappy at all, i finally got a vague and extremely brief summary of my results. Then got discharged and reminded to talk to my primary care doctor bc (and i am paraphrasing) \i dont want to treat you if you are unhappy\ . This whole visit lingered in my head and after talking to a few people, i realized i felt and i feel i was basically discharged bc of my 4 star review and not bc my arm is doing much better. That is really why i am giving a 1 star now. All the staff and procedures done thru and by this office was all great until today and my interaction with Dr. Oheb. I have attached a screen shot of my original 4 star review, which only was a rating and had no commentary.
