My two grandchildren are attending Encino Kumon. My granddaughter Emily, started at 4 and my grandson Ryan, started at 3&1/2. I can’t thank Clara and her wonderful teachers enough for helping my grandchildren to work above their age/grade level. When Emily started Kumon she could not sit for 5 minutes without talking. Now she is 5 and 1/2, she is in kindergarten and the homework from Kumon became a part of her daily routine. She reads books with great pleasure and does additions and subtractions. Ryan is now 4 and he does additions, reads words and is trying to read sentences. Every day he is asking: “Can I go to Kumon to work with Miss. Patty?”(His favorite teacher). Clara takes great pride in her students’ accomplishments. Her encouragement and guiding principles are helping my grandchildren to understand that repetition helps them reach a perfect result. My daughter went to Kumon for many years; she got her MD degree at the age of 24 and her MBA from Wharton at the age of 30. Thank you Kumon helping two generations of my family.

My daughter Summer loves her Kumon lessons. Since the first day she started her level of reading has soared and she has a special interest in doing it on her own. Clara is an exceptional teacher and knows each students needs very precisely. We havent been to any other Kumon but couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else. Thanks Clara and team!

Before we moved to Encino my son was enrolled in two other Kumon centers in other parts of Los Angeles. Clara's Kumon center is hands down the best center that I have been to. My son is now near the top of his peers in math and reading at school and I credit Clara with her hands on and loving approach to his learning. She inspires him to do better every week and has a personal touch that she applies to each student to make sure they are improving in ways unique to them. Clara is a caring and involved educator and I am so thrilled we found her center in Encino!

My kids attend Kumon to challenge themselves further than their school curriculum. My daughters are at the top of their class in math. They are doing complex division in Kumon and they are in second grade. My 4 year old son is doing addition and can read simple words. Ms Clara is attentive and patient with the children. Highly recommend!

The Kumon in Encino is the best Kumon because of Clara. She is wonderful and has built confidence in my two children's academics at school. We have been coming to this Kumon center for almost four years now. My son Cameron started when he was in first grade and since then he has always been in the top of his class for math and reading. My daughter Eden started in kindergarten and she's now halfway though first grade. She's already reading well ahead of grade level. We can't say enough good things about Kumon, especially this particular Kumon center that is run by Clara Tripathi. From the very beginning it was clear how much Clara cares about the work that she does and the children she works with. If you are looking for a way to make sure your kid stays at the head of their class, or if you just want to give them a little extra confidence when it comes to academics, I would suggest checking out Encino Kumon.
