The seller needed support and this agency declines to take responsibility and advise their client (seller) on the seriousness of not moving out by the agreed date. We trusted them and now as buyers we have a property that we cannot move in.

Getting called at 7 in the morning repeatedly and no one will tell me why they are calling and why they don't know how to speak or wait until at least 9 am when they open to call several different agents call over and over again bad business and horrible customer service. STOP CALLING AT 7 IN THE MORNING !!!!!!!!!!

Had I not called the cell number given me by the receptionist, this would have been a five-star review. The receptionist answered with the most beautiful, attention-getting announcement. She gave me the number of \our best commercial agent\ who answered the phone in the most snotty, \why are you bothering me\ tone one might imagine. Definitely a turn-off when seeking a commercial property for lease. Not doing business with this company. Wish I could hire their receptionist, however.
