I love this place! The service is top notch and of course the variety of smoothies bowls and juices are second to none. Plus it’s so convenient to pull right off of Balboa Boulevard and Ventura Boulevard to pick up my order.
This is now my favorite Robeks! They make my smoothie perfect each and every time! And their team members are always polite and professional.
Tried their new Watermelon shot which has fresh squeezed watermelon and with a touch of cayenne pepper on the lip of the cup - so delicious and refreshing!
Very friendly stuff, but very poor cleanlines and sanitary practices, neither of the 2 girls that helped prepare my bowl changed their gloves after handling the register and money and then moving onto preparing my acaí bowl, I would usually let this fly in any other circumstance but we're facing a pandemic right now and they should be better trained! I approached one of the girls about it but she only said, "we're trying" but continued with the same pair of gloves helping a new customer. Not once did I see either one of them wash their hands!!!
They pre-judged me and yelled at me for my debt card. It was 9am too early. I was on the phone with my boss and he said who's yelling at you? Surprise it's the the robeks cashier. I did not feel welcome at this location. Gave an extra star because I love Robeks.
I pay 9 for a medium drink! Too much! Because they told me there is no small size, then when i turn over, i saw the display showing small, medium and big size cup! Juice was good but i dont like when people are trying to be smart to make more money!
