I was a tenet for many years at an apartment property in Los Angeles. When the property was taken over by Sky Asset Management tenantlife got better for me. The management company was quick to respond and meet my maintenance needs. Always courteous professional and truthful in their communication with me. It seems these days that tenants are regarded as commodities. This isn’t the case with this company. Even upon exiting I was treated fairly. I hope this company is the new trend. Many gold stars
One of the best property management company I have ever worked with. They manage 2 of my buildings in DTLA and they were able to bring down my vacancy to ZERO. They handle all my maintenance calls, issues and collect my rent. They have a great team at the company and are top of everything. Highly recommended.
Really stellar management. Reza was very understanding and accommodating. not to mention the house I’m renting is absolutely stunning and the in the middle of Echo Park. Would highly recommend to any of my friends.
I live in one of the apartments they manage (Sherman Oaks) and very professional and quick to respond when i have questions or inquiries. They are very tech friendly as I can pay my rent online and also put in maintenance request all in the same site!
