Nightmarish !!! Shortly after taking residence at one of their complexes... I became a victim of my home being accessed illegally. My civil liberties and privacy were continuously violated and I became a target of racism throughout the whole term of my lease. I reported several unusual occurrences that was taking place in and around my apartment to the Apt. Manager and to the Property Management Company and to my dismay they failed to do ... due diligence and address any of my concerns.... I was sentenced to reside in a hostile & unsafe environment by way of signing a lease with Statewide Property Mgmt. I strongly recommend that if you are not of same ethic identity of the residents that reside in their Canoga Park complex .. do yourself some justice and don't even consider moving into their compound !!!
