Another company that leaves a lot to be desired in the way of research. The first comment I was told was “thats not worth the effort” referring to me wondering why I lost 8 acres of my land. Again, good research would have revealed a title discrepancy that should have been addressed before doing any surveying; but “hey, we got a family to feed”

Had a land survey done and was pleased with the results. Received four copies of maps including adjacent properties. shrubbery and structures on map. Located and reset our landscaping stakes and labeled the corners of our property with flags. Came when they said they would, alerted our neighbors if they were entering their property, and did a fine job for a reasonable price when compared to others.
