Large package sent out through Endwell Pack and Mail on 12/14/20, to be shipped via Fed Ex. Never arrived at destination. Tracking info shows it never left Pack and Mail. Called twice and never received a call back.
Super friendly and helpful group of people. They make it easy to pack and ship anything anywhere. What really impressed me is that it's not just a shipping store, they have a lot of gifts, greeting cards and supplies. Just a great local place to shop!
I have used Pack-n-Mail well over 14yrs. Packages including Christmas Items have always arrived on time to Cape Hatteras, Kansas and with no damage. I personnally think they do an awesome job packing and only use this group to trust handling my deliveries. Thank you!
