I used Atkinsons Residential for a relatively straightforward sale but the solicitor made the process lengthy & then the seller made it fraught on moving in day. Throughout the eleven week process Nicola (from Atkinsons) was brilliant, she was very responsive and it was great to have her support throughout the whole thing. I have used Atkinson’s for many years as my letting agents and more recently as selling agents. As letting agents they are excellent and efficient. I have a property in another part of the country managed by a national agency and their service is not a patch on The Letting Line which is Atkinson’s property management arm and their fees are higher. Atkinson’s have recently sold my Enfield flat and I found again their service to be first class.
