Excellent service from start to finish during a challenging period due to covid restrictions. Staff were attentive and understood my needs and concerns, they remained contactable throughout providing me with timely updates. A particular mention should be made to my case workers Nazia and Francesca who went above and beyond to ensure the transaction went ahead despite some difficulties.

Honest, trustworthy, responsive and very efficient. Not words I describe companies as lightly, but A V Rillo truely are all of the above. Even in the most difficult times during COVID they always stayed ahead of the process and provided a quick prompt turn around of paperwork which is so important in the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your conveyancing even if as was in our case, you do not live near their office. This was never a barrier. Specifically; Nazia and Jayden who work there are excellent, prompt with case handling and on top of progressing the overall purchase and sale at all times.
