Manager went above and beyond when they accidently gave my curbside pickup order to someone else. She personally drove to another store on her day off to get an item for me and promptly called once my order was ready again

I LOVE this store!! They carry every household item you could think of and more!! Store is expensive, but you can pretty much always find a 20% off coupon somewhere

Nice place, nice people, and a wide selection of things to choose from.
I was looking for a comforter set in a specific color and the employee in that department was very helpful in ordering since they did not have it in stock, and even gave me a coupon. The manager Lisa however was extremly rude to me on the way in and to her employees I did appreciate how she treated the cashier when she simply asked for help.
I like to shop on their site then drive to the store to pick up my new items. Also it's been pretty quiet inside the past couple of times which makes shopping less stressful, trying to stay 6 feet apart in compliance with the Coronavirus pandemic guidelines. I have made a couple returns surprisingly faster than I expected . I will continue to shop at BB&B!!!
Friendly, reliable. So sad Holyoke is closing it's doors; so happy Enfield is still open!
