I visited the garage on Saturday, I needed to use the tyre pressure machine and one of the staff members very kindly helped me. I always find the staff polite and helpful. Credit to the man who helped me, it’s not often that you get good customer service with a smile anymore. Much appreciated

Pretty much got everything you need here and its 24 hours. Adblue. Hoover jet wash airpump drive through car wash marks and Spencer car park pumps for hgv. Good petrol station

28/12/2020 11:57 I was served by a woman. Bp you should reconsider training your staff again if this is the way they are going to treat your customers. She's got both her airpods in, she can't hear a word I say. Seems unbothered. Plenty of people out there that will get the job done proper instead of her. I was really appalled by the customer service I received. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Well located services with clean toilets. Decent food and drink from Wild Bean Cafe brand as well as M&S Food available. Negative points are that fuel is very expensive here (even for a BP) and no hot/warm water in the toilets for washing hands.
