Excellent customer services from the site practice manager who was very professional and dealt well with my queries. And front reception staff was wonderful too. 5* services keep the good job up.

Awful service. When I registered in January it took 1.5 months until I could get my assessment appointment. I had to have this before I could book a normal appointment. Which is a frustrating amount of time to wait for a 10 min health check. Then when I had my appointment the doctor was running over an hour late. Fast forward to now, when I have just tried to get an appointment, I have just found out they have taken me off their records, even though I did not request this. So I have to register again and go through the entire assessment appointment stage before I can have the appointment I wanted In the first place. Absolutely ridiculous and the receptionist was rude and not empathetic in the slightest. Avoid avoid avoid!

It clearly says on their website, if you are a caring for someone else call the practice, the receptionisttold me to go online and book a video call pretending I was my mother. So I was unable to answer some of the questions correctly

Only one person in the whole building can apparently check if a letter has been received. Told she was off for a week and to call today. Now been told she is off for another week. NHS isnt underfunded..... Its littered with incompetence and Lazy people who abuse their sick pay benefits.

My family and I have left this surgery due to the only good doctor( the lady doctor )here was leaving which was doctor Foong . The male Dr Chang is quite rude and arrogant and has made a few mistakes with myself. They have new doctors here which were quite bad from my previous surgery. The waiting times here are always ridiculous one time I waited for 4 hrs! They do give you as much time as you need which is good but it's a shame the lady doctor is no longer there.The reception staff are really good and friendly.
