Rude and unhelpful staff - I got to the Post Office for 12.35, knowing it closed at 1pm. After waiting 5 mins a member of staff came out and told be I wouldn't be served. I asked that he serve me as I was the last person in the queue and to tell anyone after me (who hadn't waited) that there wouldn't be time to serve them. He told me I could carry on standing in the queue, but I was wasting my time. So I would advise you to not waste your time - either walk into Enfield, or go and see the lovely people at Green Lanes Post Office who don't close for lunch!

I sent a parcel with the correct address on it . The lady at the counter typed in the wrong post code. Only found out my friends didn't receive it so I checked the receipt and she had put the incorrect post code !!!!! Waste of money !!

Undoubtedly the rudest staff i've encountered. The shop never opens on time, even prior to lockdown.I waited for nearly 10 minutes one day thinking that the person at the counter was a customer being served. It turned out it was a member of staff just having a chat, whilst all the time the server behind the counter could see me waiting. I only use this post office when I absolutely have to and would rather walk 15 minutes into Enfield Town as an alternative.

2 people in front of me at the post office, took me 25 minutes to get an envelope and a 2nd class stamp. I would not recommend to anyone for any reason whatsoever. Staff are flatter than Holland and attempting to make any of them smile is pointless as they seem to have an item(s) permanently lodged in various an orifice. No form of thanks (or apology) and I was also glad that other people have explained their ordeal as it proves to be 'not a first' Congratulations on your 1 star bush hill park post office, I'm surprised it got to you on time for Christmas considering how difficult it was for you to pick up the queens head on a blue background. They sell old school Hubba bubba so there is always light at the end of a very viscous tunnel

I dread everytime I need to go to the post office and avoid it as much as possible. Takes forever and staff are rude ie. have had the female server texting on her phone while serving me.

Wish I had read the reviews before going. Website says the post office closes at 1pm but they stopped people joining the queue almost half an hour earlier and were rude and dismissive about it.
