DO NOT GO HERE If I could give a zero I would I got my second hole pierced and they were so uneven I put my first hole earring in and they were on top of the second hole but the other ear was fine they don’t re-peirce or refund it’s not worth it i was peirced by Ariana and I was not even flinching so it’s not my fault they messed up and aren’t doing anything about it.DO NOT GO HERE
Don't bother shopping here unless you want to be humiliated while wasting your money on cheap jewelry. I attempted to return brand new earrings I'd just purchased this week and the store attendant barely looked at the earrings before telling me I couldn't return them because they'd been "worn" (they had not). The prices were far too high for the quality I was expecting and the attendant was rude and left me waiting for at least 15 minutes when no one else was in the store because she was chatting with another employee. Worst retail experience I've had in recent memory. If you want discount costume jewelry, you're much better off shopping on Target, Amazon, or even eBay -- all of them will let you make a return if you're not satisfied, and Claire's clearly will not.
Prices are definitely to high. Used to be fun to shop here. But now, not really the same. The girl working there was very nice.
