My husband and I spent every weekend cleaning and keeping up with the list of things that had to be done around the house. As parents of a one-year old, we preferred to spend that time as a family, so we interviewed three housecleaning companies. We strongly felt that we needed the help, but we quickly realized we needed much more than a housekeeper. Unable to assist with dishes and laundry, which is always desperately needed when you have a little one, coming home is like coming home to a clean hotel: our sheets are clean and bed is made, our floors are spotless, clothes are washed, folded, and put away, and the dishes are stacked. Our list of time-consuming but necessary tasks used to seem endless, but now we have everything from repotted plants to hemmed dress pants done by the time we come home. Because of our busy schedules, our gardens had become unruly. LK Homescaping was able to not only clean them up, but offer guidance about what organic alternatives we could use to maintain their appearance. We now spend weekends relaxing as a family instead of stressing about everything that has to be done around the house.
