Sheer incompetence how I would describe the depo collection and the manager. Probably the worst service I've ever experienced. Booked and paid for collection for next day pickup, still awaiting collection after 6 days. The telephone customer service have been very helpful but duty managers and drivers fail to respond or able to do their job. DO NOT USE
