Do not use their curbside pickup!! I did an online order for two pairs of shoes to be ready when I got out of work. I was only working in the area for today, and don’t have a DSW where I live or usually work and I need shoes for a wedding. When I finished work, I still hadn’t received a pickup email so I walked around another store in the area for a bit. After a little while when I still hadn’t received an email, I called to check on it since I had a long commute and needed to head home. The employee there and the manager there were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. It was only after I tried to repeat myself that they slowly said something was being put together. Almost like they didn’t realize it needed to be done until I called. Finally, 30 min after I called and I still hadn’t received any email, I had to leave and will have to cancel my order. Waste of time, and I could have just went shopping for them myself. Don’t have curbside pickup if orders can’t be fulfilled.
It was great. They made the whole social distance thing very easy!
Not able to use online coupons according to staff...helpful staff member for my 86yr old mother to find a pair of shoes...but then left me with her to look at clearance all alone
