Great family run garage, polite staff and great service. They show you old parts removed etc so you're in no doubt. Clean garage and handily there's an onsite spar shop that has loads of distracting cakes, food etc at reasonable prices. Highly recommended trustworthy guys.

Very friendly and helpful garage. My windscreen washers on my B180 were blocked and was desperate to fix it for MOT done in another garage. The Empire garage owner was kind enough to ask one of his mechanics to immediately attend to it. The blocks were removed in a few minutes and there was no charge.. MOT cleared. My sincere thanks to Empire Garage.

For me, finding a garage and team I can trust and who is prepared to explain everything is paramount. Ajay and his team were excellent and worked with me to prioritise important repairs. Recently got my car serviced here and the entire process was smooth. Simon and AJ were both very accommodating and explained the servicing process clearly. All repairs to be done were checked with me prior to commencing and the estimate was given well in advance which was stuck to. The only thing that I would improve would be better estimates on when the car will be ready, but this was due to an unexpected issue popping up with a rusty fuel filter sticking which delayed the work. On completion of the work a full rundown was provided on the invoice which was detailed an easy to understand. Also advisories for future work were provided which was very helpful for keeping the vehicle in good condition down the line. I can only thank Empire for their service and I will be using them in future.
