Very friendly and easy going staff. Pretty good selection of machines( all in perfect condition) , good music. Only thing that I would like to point out is the number of squat racks : 2 ( 1 full cage 1 small one), could add another one. Highly recommended!
AGGRESSIVE STAFF - Completely unprofessional. These Energie franchises have good equipment however they employ people at minimum wage that don't know what they're doing. A bunch of 'fitness' wannabes only interested in aesthetics and vanity... thats where fitness begins and ends for some of these 'health professionals'.
So glad I've discovered this gem of a gym. Friendly, relaxed & a great range of clean fully functioning equipment. Plus a 5 min walk from home!
