When I rang for an appointment at 8:00am, the receptionist was polite and a good listener. This was very nice. On seeing the doctor in the evening, I was so happy with the service I received. The doctor was able to communicate with my 8 year old daughter, explaining to her why she was being given the medicine and why she had to take it to feel better. My daughter has always been scared going to the surgery as she always thinks of injections, but this made her feel good; as a mother, I could not have asked for anything more. When we got home, she reminded me that she had to take her medication which was all down to the doctor involving her in the first place. In this pandemic service like this goes a long way. Thank you for the good job that you are doing.

Very unusual normally there service is ok, up until today been waiting for the doctor to call me back, I did call in at 8:35am and now it’s 6:41 obviously they r close, very disappointing and unreliable! I’m not sure what it is? Is it from the receptionist or negligence from the doctor?

The doctors at Enfield Island Surgery are outstanding. Thankfully I have only had to attend a handful of times but my GP - DR LANRE DUROJAIY has gone out of his way for me each time. He is so understanding, kind and helpful. I consider myself very lucky to have access to such an outstanding GP. Thank you to him for helping me recently with my Covid-19 vaccination and arranging with a partner service some accommodations to help me. Enfield Island Surgery is a lovely surgery with a nice waiting room.

I called the GP this morning at 8am. I was told that I needed to book on line, which is a short questionnaire. The questionnaire was not short and I found it difficult especially as I was in pain. Its 4PM now and I haven't spoken to a doctor. I don't drive to get to the critical care centre and I doubt I would be able to sit for an extended period of time. Why can't I see a doctor and make an appointment in person or over the phone? I really don't believe this on line self assessment works. Its frustrating waiting for up to 10 hrs or more for a doctor to call you.

Unfortunately very poor service. Not able to see the doctor or speak for anything, even for blood form . Now we can't even call as they say do it online When you do it online, they ask you so many questions that if you say that you don't feel well , go to emergency. Why I am not able to leave an appointment and see my doctor !!!??? Am really sorry but not very good.

This is the worst GP u will ever come across ur entire life. Rude receptionists and they make u wait hours furthermore the doctors are very unreasonable. Avoid it is my best advice
