Foxtons is a big machine and you have to be careful to ensure both you, and your tenants, are seen as human beings, not merely revenue-generators. They are good at the personal touch albeit needing to be kept up to the mark. Then you can take advantage of their considerable reach and expertise. They were professional, proactive and ambitious for my property -- which to my mind is the right approach. Recommended, but don't let the machine take over.

Just sold my flat with the help of Eddie and Topsy at (Foxtons Enfield), have to say they were top class - everything was explained well, they were constantly in touch giving advice and help whenever needed.... in general the service was excellent and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't think twice about using them again in future and would highly recommend their services!
