Appalling service. Had a call scheduled yesterday to which no one phoned. Tried phoning in which took forever - was 1st in the queue for about 30 mins. Called again next morning for someone to answer the phone and then hang up! Finally got through again to which I scheduled another call... yet no one has called again. Going to attempt to phone in AGAIN! Will definitely be getting a referral to a different GP surgery.

The doctors and nurses are very friendly and welcoming, unfortunately, all reception staff apart from one lady have all been very unhelpful and rude, considering that this is a gp surgery where people who need help will make contact, the reception does not have any idea what customer service is. I have communicated with them via phone and in person, and each time has been even worse than the last! On a much brighter note, once you get past reception the actual doctors and nurses are lovely, especially nurse Saeeda Ashraf, who really brightens up day, she genuinely cares about her patients and will do as much as she can to help them. Compassion is always much appreciated, especially when dealing with patients who suffer from mental health. Nurse Ashraf is a prime example of how the whole of the gp surgery should be run, the reception staff clearly forget that they are dealing with human beings, who have a range of different issues. They do not realise that when they refuse to help, that someone could end their life, for something that is within their job description but they just can't be bothered to do.

It’s a constant battle for them to perform the simplest of tasks. The staff seem to be more focused on their tea breaks and biscuits then serving the queue of people. People are very disjointed and we get a different answer to our questions every time we call. They prescribe items one at a time which means we’ve had to deal with them on a month basis for the last 10 years which is a nightmare.
