Totally dishonest!!! I had a bike accident and called him to take the bike, as he promissed he would pay me 500 pounds after insurance solved everything. So after everything was good with insurance i kept calling him but never got an answer from this scammer. Its been 6 months since my accident. Run away from this crook.

Dishonest! We had an issue with the variator (a relatively straightforward job) of our scooter which we had already diagnosed before bringing it here. Once we brought it, the manager confirmed it. We only took the scooter here as most places are closed due to the pandemic. Before leaving it for repair, we asked for a quote and timing. He confirmed it would cost a maximum of 35-45 for the variator and 30-35 for labour (bringing it to a maximum total of 80) and said that it would be ready for collection within maximum 1-2 working days. Unfortunately he did not call us to let us know of a delay in collection (we had to call him to check) and it took a total of 5 working days which wasn't a major issue as we were patient and there was a delay with the delivery of the variator which I cannot blame him for. In addition to this, he requested cash payment (claiming that the card machine did not work). Once ready for collection, we went back to the store to be shocked as he now wanted us to pay 130, claiming that he had to do extra work. To not let a customer know that you'll be charging them extra than what you originally quoted is ridiculous. He then threatened to undo the scooter, leaving it in an unusable state if we did not pay the extra money, leaving us with no choice but to pay. He then said he would accept us to pay 80 cash and the extra part (50) by card (as the card machine was now working).I did not understand why he still wanted cash at this point. I wanted to pay all by card as I felt something really dodgy but he then claimed that 'we had agreed to pay 80 cash ' which was NEVER the case (he forced us in paying cash claiming the card machine wasn't working). When we brought the scooter home, we noticed one of the screws were also missing. This place is a scam! Please avoid it. I will be reporting them for the cash issue and for giving a false quote. Please avoid this place and seek alternatives.
This place is a scam. They refuse to accept card payments (even during the pandemic) - tax dodgers! Even worse, they overcharge you and my motorcycle broke down within one week of collecting it! Plus the positive reviews are from the employees themselves. Avoid.
They except cash and like to break panels and refuse to fix them don’t trust them at all worst bike shop ever they don’t pay taxes too
