Used click and collect....easy to order online, and was kept informed of progress of my order. Got a text when it was ready and went to the Enfield store. Helpful staff directed me the pick-up point, and was served very quickly. Good COVID safety measures in place, so felt safe. All-in-all, positive shopping experience for items required!

As helpful as could be ! Came in at 5:40pm (shuts at 6) and they helped me work out how to remove and replace my rear bulb on an Octavia estate which isn't immediately obvious. I even made things worse by paying for the wrong bulb too at first.
