what can I say? the customer service I have received by your lovely team leader, leni was it. AMAZING. I had just found out my boyfriend had cheated on me with my mother, I came to return their Christmas gifts. She was nothing but kind and reassuring. She was extremely helpful and even informed me of the membership. to be quite frank she has caught my eye !! I cannot wait for my next shop at the store.

Staff is very polite, but if you are more than size 14 it's not your place :( They had an amazing things but only smaller sizes. I asked one of the girls for sizes 20 and she told me that maybe in Wandsworth they have some. It's making me really sad to have to go to other stores to look for bigger size. Otherwise the store is very well stocked, they have plenty of clothes for kids.
Some of the staff there told me the Store manager is bit of a cow they really seem on edge when she's around like she doesn't have any people skills (think her name is Sylvia). Just did shopping online instead.
Great shop, almost always able to find what I am looking for. Great sale deals as well!
Hi&M Enfield Town is my favourite store, I've been going in there for years and know all the girls, they are very helpful and friendly! The store is clean and well stocked!

Very disappointing to there sale and discount membership, they will ask you to download there application but be careful especially if you are buying sale item! They are very clever always watch the till when they are punching your order and check your receipt before you left!! I will never be fool again with this trap! Shame on you h&m!! If possible not to give a star i wont!! I am so disappointed!!
The assistant manager ‘alice’ should not be in a customer focused role. She is extremely rude and unhelpful.
