Bought 2 ipad accessories and got absolutely ripped off. 25 for a screen protector and a case that barely fits. I will not be using again or recommending to anyone. Use at your own risk

{{{NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE}}} Rude but more importantly they don't know what they're doing. Took my i-phone 6 to replace the smashed screen today. Simple right? Done it too many times. When I returned... 1) the new screen did not fit right down one side and 2) the fingerprint was not working! They insisted that the 2 problems were: 1) The frame was bent (maybe, I did drop it... I let that go) 2) There were no fingerprints saved in the settings so he said this categorically meant there were none set when I handed them the phone 40 minutes earlier. i.e. I was lying. Got my smash screen refitted back on, left, took it to Dan's Phone Centre(*****) near Enfield Town train station. THEY SORTED IT. (and the 6 screen was 5 cheaper than this place) Solutions: 1) Battery had swollen (rooky stuff) but.... 2) This shop had ripped the ribbon stopping the fingerprint! (see photos). I took the fixed phone back to this place to show them so they improve thir service only to be met with him insisting he had nothing to apologize for, blaming the engineer that had done it who wasn't present. His face was a picture when I spoke about compensating me for the cost of the damage they had done. Hey "boss" you wanted a photo of the rip. Here it is. We all make mistakes but your pride is embarrassing. I did not stay to argue.No point. No learning to be done here. DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE
Booked in a Samsung Galaxy S10 online for a new screen had an email confirmation for 60.00 for the repair, Drove down to the store found parking space only to be told that this would cost 250.00!! the chap in store was very unhelpful and didn't seem fussed about a bad review being left!
Went to this shop few weeks before lockdown was implemented, and the guy who I spoke to was very helpful, and said that all repairs come with 12 month warranty which doesn’t cover physical or accidental damage etc, would recommend. however he said for pin unlocking (if you forget the pin when trying to use the phone) that if they remove it, the data will be wiped, (I think I remember just clarify) which is an intended tragedy, without much of a logical explanation to it
I got fixed my iPhone 8 screen there prices are very cheap and staff is very good they put screen protector free for me. Very happy with the quality of work and customer service.
I took two phones in for a simple maintenance operation. iMobile broke the contactless feature on both handsets and refused to do anything about it. The aggressive attitude of the "assistant" made the experience even worse. I will not be going there again and suggest that you also avoid them. I guess you can't go far wrong buying cases etc. from this outfit though.
went there and replaced the back cover for my s10 5g , and also bought a front screen protector glass. Both lasted not more than 3 days. Both cracked without having contact with anything appart my jeans pocket. Went in holidays for 3 weeks so when I've arrived back I went back in their shop to get my back cover done again. This time he asked for 40 instead of 30. It looks like they adjusting the prices according to their mood. I've told them that 3 weeks before the charged me 30 not 40 so they did lowered the price again. Guess what 2 hours after the back cover cracked again. So this time I decided to order the back cover over the internet and fit it by myself. While I was taking their cover down I have noticed the poor quality the back cover glass was made of and also their lack of skills. They literally applied the new glass on the top of the old adesive which made the glass crack. Well I can suggest them to keep selling chargers instead of repairing smart phones. Avoid them if you do care about your hard worked money. !!!!!!!!!!
Got the iphone screen repaired from imobile got offered the best price. They were actually recommended by vodafone when i went in for the upgrade.
