He was very punctual and courteous. He was incredibly accommodating and patient. Despite the bitter cold, he explored all possibilities (it happened to be the coldest day of the year...wind chills in the single digits). He was eventually able to get through a keyless entry door without damaging the lock or the door, which is extremely difficult to accomplish. I am grateful for all of his efforts.
